The speed of your proxy connection can depend on a variety of factors, including your local network bandwidth, your geotargeting settings, the volume of traffic, any third-party software you’re using, the speed of that software’s servers, etc. Our goal is to ensure maximum reliability and stability by constantly monitoring the speeds of all IP addresses you’re connected to. To mitigate any external risks, follow these best practices:

  • Connect to another port (e.g. switch from 9000 to 9001) to get access to a new proxy using the same filter.

  • Change your targeting settings in the SOAX dashboard and try connecting from another location. Some geographic locations can slow down your proxy connection.

  • Broaden your targeting settings by removing city- or ISP-level targeting. Choose a single country or All Geo instead.

  • Check your internet connection and make sure that it’s up and running. Go to the webpage you need to access and make sure it’s loading fast enough without proxies.

  • Wait until the automatic rotation kicks in.

You can also contact [email protected], and we will do manual tests and speed measurements on our side to help you find the right method.
